Does Sungrow SH hybrid inverters work locally with Home Assistant?
Only through a cloud service as far as we found (the HACS integration “Sungrow iSolarCloud”); evcc supports it locally and lets evcc control it; a community YAML package also exists (linked below).
Firmware updates can open or close local access — check the integration's own page before you buy, and your installer before software changes export limits or charges a battery from the grid.
