On 2 EU lists (AT, SE): the maker has had the model certified and 2 grid operators accept it. Nothing is checked in these countries themselves: where there is no list the grid operator reads the maker's certificate for that country — ask the maker or installer for it; where a list exists that GridFit has not read, check the model there.
Above the type-A ceiling (11.08 kW in Italy): type B, a procedure of its own — conformity per installation, not a certificate per model.
